I understand how hard it is to stay in shape while on the go, and can empathize with you all. I am hoping to be a resource and help to all those who might need a little bit of help or guidance. I am working with amazing other flight attendants to bring you content to help you be healthy and fit for the job, as well as staying in shape for our many amazing vacations!
I am currently trying to get back into the shape that I used to be in – and I remember being a beginner. I am a believer that everyone starts somewhere. I used to be the girl who was afraid of the weight room floor, and bigger gyms. I understand all of the emotions and hurdles that beginners have. I hope to be very open and available to all those who would like help with this area without fear of feeling silly or embarrassed to ask any questions you might have.
I understand in hotel gyms that we have very minimal equipment. I’m hoping to be as creative as possible to help you reach your goals, while I reach mine!
